Fuji Hiro was Yorkshire's first Japanese restaurant, and we've been on Wade Lane in Leeds city centre ever since. Nearly three decades in, the approach hasn't changed. Fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and proper Japanese cooking without the fuss.
