Booking Policy

At Fuji Hiro, we are pleased to accept both advance bookings and walk-in guests. The following booking terms and conditions apply to all reservations made directly with the restaurant or via third-party platforms.

Booking Terms

Reservations are accepted every day we are open. While we welcome walk-in guests, this is subject strictly to availability and at the discretion of our front-of-house team.

We accept bookings for parties ranging in size from 1 to a maximum of 46 guests. Bookings can be made via telephone, email, Google, DesignMyNight, or other authorised third-party booking platforms. There is no limit on how far in advance a reservation can be made.

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email. A reminder will also be sent in the lead-up to your reservation.

Deposits & Prepayments

For bookings of 8 to 12 guests, a deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm the reservation. For parties of 13 guests or more, a deposit of £15 per person is required. All deposits are deducted from the final bill at the end of your meal.

Deposits for all group bookings are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be refunded in full.

In the event of a no-show, the full deposit will be forfeited, and the guest may be restricted from making future bookings at the discretion of the restaurant management.

Late Arrivals & Table Holding

We will hold your reserved table for up to 15 minutes after the agreed booking time. If you arrive later than this, we are under no obligation to hold the table or to refund any deposit paid. Table holding remains at the discretion of the management team at all times.

Table Duration

To ensure smooth service and availability, tables of 2, 4 or 6 guests are typically allocated a 90-minute dining window. Tables for 8 or more guests are allocated 120 minutes. Should you require additional time, please make this clear at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Special Requirements

We are happy to accommodate special requests such as high chairs, dietary restrictions, allergies, or access needs. These should be noted at the time of booking, and we kindly ask that all guests remind the team of any such requirements upon arrival to ensure proper service and care.

All reservations are subject to availability. Fuji Hiro reserves the right to refuse bookings, amend reservation terms, or cancel bookings where necessary. By making a booking, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
